All amazon gift cards a scam?

I've been doing some research and it's reported that 99% gift cards that you can buy are a scam

Does the 1% of genuine cards really exist?

When you're trying to determine if any niche is a scam, all you have to do is use logic. For example, why would someone sell you a gift card for 1%–50% of its value, when they could easily sell it online for 80%–99% of its price in crypto in sites like localbitcoin , paxful , .....?
