Rescator.cn and it's current state.

I'm sure some of you may know rescator.cn for being a 'reliable' website for selling CVV and Dumps a few years back. Since that was the case, is the website still deemed reliable now? From what I've heard, some of the consumers of the site claim the CVV they've bought from the site has already been dumped elsewhere. However, I'd like to hear what the community has to say about it and hear about their experience with the site as of recently as well as if they deem it 'trustworthy'.
