Hi,im noob in darknet so please can someone answer me for my 2 questions? please explain me why cc's costs too cheaper than its own balance?and when i can find or buy a drop?

no one truly know how much balance in the cc information because you are not owner the bank or have a such tool to check the balance.

only it's possible to know the balance when you breach a bank or website database when you dump the database it's maybe a chance to see how much exactly in it.

also if you have a fullz info about the cc it's have some method to check the balance again.

so final word is when anyone or someone tell you a cc with balance its scam 100%. because we talk about a cc it's not something like money service (Paypal, Payonner, Stripe, etc).

You could use social engineering methods for your drop project (e.g offering remote jobs or work from home employments etc.). Just like the moderator stated I want to add that you can patronize the service of 'enrolls' for cc with account balance which is achieved through the method of using full information to generate a cc login. You can check the verified seller section, to see if you can such services or unverified section (remember to use escrow).
