Need help with Google Reviews

Looking somebody who has, or can find a way to post google reviews.
Google "supposedly" lets you to post a review without a gmail account, by using a different email such as yahoo, outlook hotmail etc.
but the review doesn't really show.

I need an efficient way to post multiple reviews that will show.
