To remove your credit card information from your PlayStation 4 console, simply follow these steps:
- Button -> [Settings] -> [Account Management] -> [Account Information]
- Click on your current credit card information that you want to remove. If there are multiple cards, click on each one you want to remove. Click the [Delete] button. Click the [Delete] button; once you have selected the card(s) you want to remove, click the [Delete] button.
- Once you click the [Delete] button, your credit card information should be removed from your PlayStation 4 console and will no longer show up when you purchase content on PSN Store.
