What's the easiest way to track someone's GPS?

Someone hurt a friend of mine, and now she needs his location data so that some other friends of hers can go "talk" to him. What's the fastest &or easiest way to get this data off his phone. We have plenty of friends in common, so I can easily get him to click a link etc. Would also be nice if I could get a keylogger installed as well. Any suggestions?

I know a fair bit of coding, but have never worked on a project quite like this.
