Hey,thanks for clicking here first of all.
So the thing that I wanna know is that how near my proxy ip should be to the cc holder's ip??

Like the zip codes be effective surrounding the cc holder zip codes??
Like a,b,c,d zip codes surrounding X zip codes and I use any of a,b,c,d zip codes. Will it cause a failure??
Or I need the same zip code as the cc holder zip??

Be warned that I would not tolerate illicit usage with the release of this information to you, that is I pray you understand what you are doing. To answer the question, using a vps or ssh (I think the call that something that has to do with port forwarding, that is to use the shell as a sock or proxy) that has an IP of the same state the cc holder is from should do the magic, given that most carders capitalize on the fact that the cc holder might be out of town and would want to use their cc to place an order from an e-store (call it an 0day if you might.). I think to an extent that solve your issues or paranoia regarding IP addresses etc.
