Is there really a hacker capable of hacking a WhatsApp?

The question seems absurd, but I've actually seen that no one is capable of hacking a WhatsApp with F2A security. I see many false promises. I always pay in advance, or because you pay 50% in advance and the rest when finished. This common practice is a scam because they increasingly need more money for software and nonsense.
My question is, isn't there someone capable of doing this? Because if there really is, there are plenty of people tarnishing the name of HACKER.
