All cards can works in any website but this website ( Merchant ) Should disable both the AVS / OTP verification . most online service sellers ( Hosting / VPN / PORN / Software / news or service with online subscriptions , ......... ) . do NOT do AVS / OTP check even if they do ask for the Cardholder Billing Address .
Q2 - which websites does the phone not receive an SMS notification when shopping?
the ( SMS notification ) is not sent by the website ( Merchant ) to the card Holder , its sent from the card holder issueur ( bank ) to the card holder . some banks so send SMS Alert for every transaction some do send if the charged values is >= x.xx , some do only send for speciousness transactions only like offshore Merchants or Flagged merchant with High percent refund rates .
Q3 - i.e. one that does not ask for approval and verification ?
It do depends on Both Merchant ( website ) and the Card Issuer too as explained above .
- AVS / OTP verification is enabled or disabled as payment Verification on the Merchant ( Website ) .
- SMS notification is sent by the card issuer to the card holder depends on the bank ( issuer ) policy or region regulations requests.
