In this tutorial, I will show you how to use the awesome GSA Proxy Scraper . If you don't know what GSA Proxy Scraper is then I suggest looking it up, it is a very powerful Proxy Scraper created by guys who work with SEO & black hat stuff to earn traffic and money.
Link to the website https://proxy-scraper.gsa-online.de/
Lets Begin!

First if you do not already have a copy of their software install go ahead and go to their website and download and install it.
At this moment the newest version is 2.38 - http://proxy-scraper...oxy_scraper.exe
Once the scraper is installed we need to go and head over to the main install location.
99% of the time it will be C:\Program Files (x86)\GSA Proxy Scraper - https://ibb.co/nysigb

From the install directory, you want to right click "se.dat" and click "Properties" - https://ibb.co/cxUX7G

You want to go to the "Security" tab and then press "Edit ..." - https://ibb.co/fFFGZw

Select "SYSTEM" from the Group or user names list, and Check Deny "Full control" so all Deny checkboxes are activated for the "SYSTEM" - https://ibb.co/kqeh7G

Go ahead and close out of those prompts and open up GSA Proxy Scraper and you should be all set with a few exceptions.
1, you will get the trial prompt at each opening of the program, and it will also pop up somewhere around each hour the program is running and it will pause the scan while it is open. (Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about that one)
2, In "Settings" -> "Provider" the trial has blocked the use of several of its sources and these will be unlocked if you purchase the full version. (Fortunately for us I have figured out a simple way on how to resolve this issue... keep reading) - https://ibb.co/iWtmZw

To readd the greyed out sources we need to navigate to the Programs Data Folder, and the easiest way to get there is press the "Win" + "R" keys and type "%appdata%" in the run box. - https://ibb.co/hvy9nG

It will take you to a folder like "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming"
From there you want to goto the "GSA Proxy Scraper" Folder and then to the "proxy_sites" Folder - https://ibb.co/dbxPMb

Now what you want to do is find all the greyed out sites, and I found that if I copied them in to the same folder some of them would work, for the ones that dont, I would then have to go and rename them again, I found by added "copy" or "copy1" pretty much did the job to where all of them would have another activated site it would use.

Well there you go, as always enjoy.
