How can I find a professional hacker to break into WhatsApp or email without getting scammed, since they all demand payment up front and there’s no guarantee they’ll do the job because they’ve already been paid?

Well... this is very heartbreaking I must say. There are still good people out there though. I'm a hacker...and I've heard shit like this over and over again...
