Bank Logs?

Hey, I've been on the lookout for a vendor who supplies bank logs legitimately. I keep running into sites where they claim the balance is like $25,000 and they're only asking $200 for them. Seems a little too good to be true. If anyone can point me in the direction of a solid bank log vendor who supplies customers with all they need to login to said accounts i.e. user agent, cookies, email log an pass..etc
If someone could help me out that'd be killer. Thanks!
